What needs my attention before Friday?
Ask Merified from the AI tools you already use.
MCP connects your Merified account to compatible clients such as ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor. Ask about hiring, team availability, worked hours and approvals without giving the client more access than you already have.
- Uses your Merified account
- Respects existing permissions
- Read-only during early access
Merified context, available where you already ask questions.
Model Context Protocol gives an AI client a controlled way to call selected Merified tools. The client gets useful context, but Merified still decides who the person is and which records they may access.
Ask the question. Keep the source close.
The first public surface focuses on useful reads across people operations, hiring and individual self-service.
“Who is away next Tuesday, and which approvals still need attention?”
Review team availability and pending approvals without opening several reports.
“Compare the finalists for this role against its requirements and supporting evidence.”
Bring candidate context, requirement coverage and evidence into one reviewable answer.
“How much leave do I have left, and what is the status of my latest request?”
Give each signed-in person the information their Merified account is allowed to see.
Useful context without a permission shortcut.
The connection is designed as an authenticated extension of Merified, not as a generic route into company data.
Sign in as yourself
Connect through Merified OAuth. The MCP acts as the signed-in user instead of using a shared technical identity.
Keep existing permissions
Company membership, role and row-level access still decide which records and tools are available.
Start read-only
The current public surface can inspect, compare and summarise. It cannot approve, edit, hire, send or delete.
Start with one useful question.
Tell us which client you use, who needs the connection and what they should be able to understand. We will review the fit, supported scope and setup path.
- ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and compatible clients
- Recruiter, manager and applicant read surfaces
- OAuth sign-in with Merified permissions
Questions before you connect.
MCP is a technical standard, but evaluating it should not require technical guesswork.
What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol is a standard way for compatible AI clients to use approved tools and data from another product. Merified MCP makes selected HR and hiring information available inside that client after you sign in.
Which AI clients can connect?
The early-access programme is validating compatible clients including ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor. Availability can depend on the client and plan you use.
Can the AI change Merified data?
Not through the current public MCP surface. It is deliberately read-only, so it can retrieve and explain permitted information without changing records or triggering actions.
Can it see everything in our company?
No. The connection uses the signed-in user’s Merified account. Existing company membership, role and row-level permissions continue to limit what can be returned.
Is MCP generally available?
It is currently offered through early access while real-client setup, supported workflows and operational limits are validated with selected teams.
