What is included in Growth?

Growth covers the everyday employee lifecycle: people records, time, overtime, holidays, absences, self-service, documents, signing, payslips, onboarding, requests, workflows, hiring, internal mobility, performance reviews, employee engagement and inspection-ready records.

How is Growth billed?

Growth starts at €6 per active employee each month. The final subscription details, including how active employees are counted and when billing changes take effect, are confirmed during signup.

When should we consider Enterprise?

Enterprise includes everything in Growth, then adds the configuration, integrations, security controls and delivery support needed by more complex organisations. It can be rolled out modularly without reducing the underlying Growth capability set.

Which capabilities are add-ons?

Equality reporting and the integrated AI copilot with MCP sit outside Growth. Each has its own scope and commercial terms.

Is Decision Intelligence included in Growth or Enterprise?

No. Decision Intelligence is a separate Blindstairs product for higher-stakes hiring, mobility and performance decisions. It can connect to Merified or to an existing HRIS and ATS.

Can we try Merified before choosing a plan?

Yes. Eligible new Growth subscriptions can begin with a 14-day free trial. Enterprise and Decision Intelligence start with a focused conversation about scope and fit.
